Job Purpose:

Responsible for sales target achievement, planning, organizing and  monitoring in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Willing to work part-time on commission basis.
  • Planming and executing of franchise sales
  • Present ideas & their execution in a smooth way
  • To ensure that the potential franchisee is as per defined in company policies and procedures
  • Act as focal point for all related issues of the assigned franchises and also co-ordinate with the Head Office to ensure smooth operations
  • Updates and other important information is shared with the assigned franchises on timely basis
  • Training need analysis of the assigned franchises
  • All Sales related issues are identified and addressed proactively with the Franchisees and issues logged are resolved effectively.

Key Performance Indicators KPI’s:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputed/recognized institution.
  • 1-2 years experience of working in a CS & Sales related environment.
  • Fast learning and adaptability qualities.
  • Has the ability to take initiatives
  • Proactive and dedicated towards work.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills
  • Has a customer oriented approach
  • Good at negotiating, decision making and problem solving
