Support the technical team based at different locations in the region for the installation, operation and maintenance of FMC products for the efficient and effective services.
Participation in the project management and lead to finalize within timelines and budgets.
Ensure that the services revenue targets should achieved in the assigned region.
Work with the team for the preparation of the corrective action plan and effectively communicate with the team/ customer to correct the deviations.
Support the team for the receivables collection
Development of available human resource capabilities and implement strategies that support growth and profitability objectives.
Maintain discipline among the team and develop coordination and cohesiveness in the team.
Ensure the proper flow of quality assurance technical information to technical team.
Ensure the effective utilization of our machines features through operational training for the customers/ end user.
Complete additional task assigned by management.
