Oversees the day-to-day operations of the department. Participates in the development and implementation of work methods and procedures.
Recommends procedural changes to improve department’s efficiency, including recommendations on staff requirements.
Follows up on and ensures appropriate implementation of decisions.
Arrange employee’s training.
Assist HR Department in the development and maintenance of Personnel Policies and Procedures and new programs and services related to Human Resources.
Housekeeping of Building and weekly & monthly HR audit.
