This position is reporting to Director Sales & Marketting.
Below is the Job Description :
- Preparation of annual sales plans and budgets
- Achieving the monthly,quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint New Distributors in non coverage areas
- Leading a sales team of RSM'S , ASM'S , TSO'S & SO'S. Setting their targets pursuing and influencing them to put their best to achieve targets.
- Managing Nationawide net work of distributor’s, setting their targets and finalizing their incentive plans.
- Extensively visiting markets to gauge the performance of distributors & sales team.
- Conduct Sales Promotion Activities.
- Responsible of having best visibility of the products at the trade level.
- Keep and eye on the competitor activities and propose counter activities
