We are hiring multiple Customer Services Representatives for our UK based Company, FOR NIGHT SHIFT.

We are looking for Energetic Customer Service Representatives who loves talking to people and proactively solving queries and issues.

You will be responsible for handling Inbound Customer Calls, Complaints and Queries.

FEMALES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY (Company Transportation Provided)

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone calls.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs, including Data entry in various platforms

Requirements:

At least intermediate or above
Fluency in English language, speaking, writing, and reading.
Fresh and experienced person both can apply
Quick Learning Skills, Good Listening Power.
Excellent phone etiquettes and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organized, and prioritize work.

Fix salary from 40k to 60k + performance based incentives and bonuses depending on your skills, expertise
