Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking to hire for the position of Sales Representative for one of its clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities, ensuring a high conversion rate and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to identify sales opportunities and generate new business.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from prospective clients, provide product information, and effectively communicate the value proposition to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients globally, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Support, to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stay abreast of product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development activities.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Proven success in lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence decision-making.
  • Experience in working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and understanding their unique business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and client requirements.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
