Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for the position "Packaging Lab Supervisor (Female)" for one of its client located in Korangi

Experience: 2 Years in Packaging Lab

Qualification: DAE (Packaging/Printing), BS Chemistry

Gender: Female

Note: Candidate nearby location will be preferred

Job Description:

1. Carry out Sampling & Inspection of Packaging & POS Material against Specifications.

2. Should be aware of handling and operating Packaging Lab equipment like BCT Machine, COF Tester, Pantone Color Viewing Box, Micrometer, Leak Seal & Strength Detector, Moisture Meter, Heat Sealer, Tensile Tester etc.

3. Should have awareness on Packaging Material type (Flexibles, Offset, Corrugated etc.).

4. Perform Data Recording of Incoming & POS material (Material Defects) in SAP.

5. Ensure Workplace Organization through 5S & Protection of Packaging Lab & assets.

6. Maintain Calibration status of Packaging Lab equipment.

7. Maintain & update Shade card list for all SKUs & Suppliers.

8. Maintain & update Barcode Status Sheets.

9. Maintain Retention Samples Library /Display Area.

10. Maintain & Update Specification Sheet Status.

11. Participate in Machine Trials for Packaging & develop Lab Testing Reports.

12. Communication to stakeholders when New or Revised Packaging Material is received.

13. Maintain Export Documents & related information.

14. Participate in implementation of Health Safety, Food Safety & Process improvements

15. Should have basic communication & teamwork skills.

16. Any other job assigned by QA Department.

Relevant Experience along with SAP QM Module Data Entry Expertise will be preferred
