Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd is looking “ Receptionist Female " for one of its Client.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Manage international clients by taking overseas calls.
Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Assisting clients and visitors in finding their way in the hospital.
Announcing patients as necessary.
Helping maintain the workplace and maintain visitors log.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
Answering calls in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing mails.

Requirements:

Excellent written and speaking communication skills.
Time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant education.
At least 2-3 years’ experience in related field.
