Responsibilities:

Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
Prepare JDs for newly created positions in consultation with concerned Head of Departments-
Preparing job advertisements and placing them on relevant sources.-
Screening and short-listing candidates.

Requirements:

Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR
Experience: 01-02 year of core Recruitment/Talent Acquisition related experience
Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Must be able to work well under pressure in a team work environment.
