Fullduplex is a software house based out of the UK. We value energetic, motivated and highly creative minds.
We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.
Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application.
Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
We have three positions available ranging from medium to advance level.
We expect you to have efficient command of the English language and great communication skills.

Responsibilities

Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
Implement complex business logic scenarios in a clean & efficient way
Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
Manage background processes & queues
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of PHP and its web frameworks such as Laravel
Strong knowledge of MySQL, jQuery and Vue.
Knowledge of test-driven development
Understanding and prior experience building and consuming RESTful API's
Understanding of MVC design patterns
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of LINUX will be a plus point
