We are a digital design agency and looking for project manager to help us with our day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibility will be as following:
- Guiding inbound leads to appropriate services by answering their questions and maturing them to sales.
- Delegating projects to team leads
- General QA of deliverables
- Following up with clients, answering their questions, and sharing deliverables.
Skills and experienced required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of professional design software like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is an added bonus, though, not required
- Bachelors from any reputable university
- Experience working as a customer support agent

There are two shifts:
11:00AM - 8:00PM
2:00PM - 11:00PM
You will have the freedom to work in the shift that works best for you*.
It is a full-time job, Monday-Saturday.
Hiring Process:

You will be called after initial screening for an on-site interview and a quick exercise to evaluate your skills.
Exercise:
We'll give you a questionnaire of various scenarios you can encounter when managing a client. You will have to record your solutions/answers in that questionnaire.
Your salary package will be finalized once you have gone through the complete process and have aced the on-site exercise.
*Your working shift will be fixed and it can be discussed once you are hired.
