Human Resources:

  • Establish relationships at all levels throughout the organization and cross functionally
  • Work on employment policies and practices in supervision of line manager
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ad, creating and revising job descriptions, arranging and conducting interviews etc. to recruit suitable candidates for various roles within agreed timeframe.
  • Responsible for identification of viable sources of recruitment.
  • Responsible and assists line manager for on campus drives, career fairs and to promote Cheezmall for attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Responsible for process completion and issuance of transfer, promotions, salary revision etc. letters pertaining to HR Operations.
  • Responsible for maintenance of data that is budgeted headcount VS actual headcount.
  • Ensure completion of new employee file upon joining for HR record purpose.
  • Maintenance of Employee database companywide for HR reference and record.
  • Responsible for Leave Management and Attendance.
  • Responsible for processing of insurance and medical claims and to coordinate with insurance companies on day to day basis.
  • Assists in developing plans to improve the current HR system.
  • Assists in developing and implementing company policies, rules and regulations.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation.
  • Responsible for record keeping and maintenance of HR data. Also, keeping record on daily basis for HR Dashboard.
  • Looking day to day general HR operations and assisting line as and when required specifically in HR structuring nad development.
  • Assist Sr. Manager HR for collection of data for payroll processing on monthly basis including leaves, advances, arrears etc.
  • Assist Sr. Manager HR in clearance of dues of an employee upon his separation including coordination and disbursement.

Administration:

  • Responsible for vendor analysis and procurement of items.
  • Responsible to ensure that admin related documentation is done properly and on time.
  • Manage conference room availability and meeting schedule.
  • Get the items procured on monthly basis and as and when required by instructing Admin Officer.
  • To ensure that all office equipment and devices are working properly in coordination with Admin Officer.
  • To ensure office cleanliness through office surveys.
  • To ensure travel and accommodation arrangements of foreign delegation and management staff in coordination with Admin Officer and Driver.
  • Prepare letters for visas and coordinate with respective embassy.

Technical Training:

  • New and innovative ways of attracting top talent.
  • Excellent command on Microsoft Office.
  • Good HR Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of HR Recruitment Strategies.
  • Documentation and Filing
