Required Skills:
· Must have 4+ Years of ASP.NET MVC working experience
· Must have Technical Lead experience on ASP .NET MVC projects
· MUST have a strong object-oriented background with C#
· MUST have a strong jQuery background.
· Should have strong command on MS SQL
· Expert SQL skills, including proficiency using Stored Procedures and Views.
· Should have strong system modeling concepts.
· Working experience with modeling tool like Rational Rose.
· Able to develop good and quick understanding about existing applications.
· Follow and maintain design and coding standards set in by the organization.
· Debugging and fixing any issues in the application.
· Working experience of TFS as Code repository
· Working experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) development would be plus.
· Perform research and development on assigned activity.
· Come up with new ideas about the improvement of system.
· Good leadership skills to lead 2 to 3 resources on an assignment.
· Good team player is essential.
· Knowledge of insurance applications would be a plus
· Strong communication skills and able to interact with client as per requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for code and data analysis.
· Lead Architectural changes and development
· Completes documentation by analyzing the code and database.
· Communication with the client – Scheduled and/or on need basis
· Incorporates client requests and requirements to existing/new development of an enterprise solution.
· Review and interpret business requirements document.
· Should be able to present ideas through diagrams and documents.
· Ability to develop production ready application without performing a testing cycle by someone else.
Education / Experience:
· Minimum Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree or equivalent from a reputable institution.
· Overall 7 to 8 years of development experience in Microsoft Technologies.
· Must have 4+ Years of ASP.NET MVC working experience
