Project Manager/ Sr. Business Analyst

1 Purpose of Job:

1. Gather and document business requirements for project and product development

2. Produce and maintain system documentation

3. Assist in software requirement and software design / analysis phase

4. Assist in requirement analysis and impact analysis for change requests

2 Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and assist in producing / updating documentation related to system help, user manuals, installation procedures, data sheets and requests for proposals / information.

2. Gathering requirements and assembling business requirement specification documentation.

3. Create or assist in creating requirement specifications, functional specifications, technical specifications and use cases

4. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Development or Operations teams as required.

5. Work with Technical teams as a domain expert for requirement validation/verification and business scenarios.

6. Co-ordinate with client as per requirement

4 Minimum Skills Required:

1. Academic Qualification(s):

i. BS in computer sciences or related field

2. Technical skills:

i. Must have good analytical and decision making skills

ii. Knowledge of development tools/platforms

iii. Knowledge of Processes like CMMI, standards like UML

iv. Structural knowledge of projects

v. Detailed understanding of different SDLC

3. Management / Interpersonal Skills:

i. Analytical skills

ii. Documentation skills

iii. Communication skills

iv. Organized and process oriented

4. Experience:

i. Must have at least 5 years of experience in development and documenting application process flows

ii. At least 2 years of experience, managing team as lead.

5 Visa Status

1. Must have a valid Passport and valid Visa

2. Must be willing to work in U.A.E
