Digital Marketing Manager

Responsible for developing initiatives and strategies focusing on creating digital campaigns and content, forming key relationships with influencers, developing social media strategy, engaging multimedia content and liaising with social media communities

Roles & Responsibilities

Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including Web, SEO/SEM, email and display advertising.
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance.
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing content.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans execute, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience.
Utilises strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.

Qualification & Requirements

Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
