Job Purpose Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Individual who can manage an online Eyewear store built on Magento Platform. The person will be responsible for managing overall store activities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Managing complete store activities from order processing till delivery and feedback.
Delivery of out of city orders to courier company and tracking their status.
Handling of customer complaints and queries
Answering customer phone calls, SMS, emails and WhatsApp messages
Customer relationship management
Reporting of Sales, Inventory and other important info.
Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.)

Requirements:

Experience of at-least 1 year in similar line of business (Online Store Management)
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience with designing (Adobe Photoshop, HTML) will be considered plus.
Candidate must have a Motor Bike.
Experience with customer service is required
Candidate should be well versed with web based systems and internet technlogies.
Experience in working on Magento platform will be preferred.
