You will also be responsible for the following:
Team Relation and Delegation
Lend support and guidance to subordinates
Use sound coaching techniques to solve disciplinary problems
Empowers employees with the authority and resources to achieve results
Creativity/Innovations and Improvements Initiatives
Seek new ideas and approaches
Develop continuous improvement methods
Take initiatives for SOPs, structuring, standards, discipline, productive, quality
Synergize and Vision
Promote the company culture among peers
Promote strong support of company's mission and vision
Planning and Organization
Develop workable action plans
Effectively puts plans into actions
Provide help to Product Owner/Management in Quarter/Sprint Target Setting
Productivity and Timeliness
Set realistic timetables to keep Sprint/Qtr tasks on target
Make effective use of all available resources when given a job
Documentation
Plan and implement SOP's for documentation
Make documentation core part of each sprint for both future and legacy updates
