Associate SQA Engineer

GADITEK is searching for an Associate SQA Engineer to help our team design, develop and deliver world-class software solutions while taking an active and hands-on approach to assisting the Lead Automation Engineer to develop, drive, and implement high-level test strategies.

In this role, you will facilitate the design and development of reliable, scalable, and maintainable test automation to validate complex features under the supervision of the Lead Automation Engineer.

You will also collaborate with developers to diagnose, debug, and perform root-cause analysis of issues and defects as well as work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards the achievement of the team, department, and company goals.

Responsibilities:

Design, write and execute tests in close coordination with fellow QA engineers, developers, and product owners.
Review requirement specifications and work with others to develop appropriate test cases.
Identify product issues and write detailed bug reports during the product development cycle.
Communicate and coordinate with peers and senior-level individuals in cross-functional groups to articulate and compare alternative testing approaches.
Having hands-on with Java and knowledge about API Automation and Cucumber is preferred.

Qualification:

Masters/Bachelor’s or equivalent degree qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
