In a Nutshell:
Gaditek is headhunting a battle-tested Billing Executive for its Customer Success Department. In this role, you will interact with customers for their billing-related queries via live chats, emails, ticketing systems, etc., and resolve their issues. The candidate will be required to follow all billing and abuse control processes and assist other team members with their billing-related tasks.
Customer growth can be measured by the number of daily sign-ups and existing customers with which grow the number of active users. Therefore, the billing team plays a vital role in managing in ensuring business growth. The Billing Executive works under the supervision of a Team Leads and Manager. Although working under supervision, he must possess the ability to work independently and must, sometimes, provide administrative support. Analytical thinking, working under pressure, coping with tight deadlines, and exemplary problem-solving skills are some of the primary requirements for this job role.
