In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resource team and work alongside our Recruiters to actively supporting in the recruitment process. In this role, you will play an active and important role to help us get the right type of talent on board and build one of the best workforces in Pakistan.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Responsible for scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates via phone calls.
  • Screening potential applicants on experience, skills, and education and maintaining datasheets.
  • Inviting interviewers via calendar invites and emails.
  • Scheduling the temporary engagement of shortlisted candidates for dedicated tasks.
  • Collecting dedicated tasks for a temporary engagement period from hiring managers.
  • Accommodating and welcoming candidates shortlisted for temporary engagement with the company.
  • Assisting in preparing remuneration checks for temporary engagement cases.
  • Performing background checks required by the company
  • Collecting feedback from interviewees via emails.
  • Actively updating status to candidates on interviews and temporary engagement period.
  • Tracking status of candidates in ATS
  • Representing employer in the community and recruiting events
  • Being actively involved in end to end recruitment process.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Relevant Experience:

  • You have at least 1 Year of proven experience as an HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
  • You have knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • You love connecting with people and networking.
  • You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ATS is a plus
  • You are a team player who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help out across teams.
  • You have outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • You have Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You love creating, designing, redesigning, and testing programs, and are excited to get out of your comfort zone.
