In a Nutshell:
Gaditek is looking for a Graphic Designer for its Corporate Communication Department. Candidate must have a keen eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Once you are here, you will:
- Brainstorm design ideas and marketing campaigns with the team.
- Conceptualize and design art and graphics for various platforms from sketching through wireframing and prototyping to the final artwork.
- Take full ownership and responsibility for the layout, visual appearance, and usability of designs.
- Ensure that brand continuity is maintained throughout various design materials including brand stationery, website, and marketing material.
- Designs in a clean, well-structured manner and deliver work on time and in high quality.
- Work independently as a self-starter on long-term projects with effective project management, research, feedback, and quick turnaround.
- Conduct user research and translate insights and learnings into engaging designs.

Relevant Experience:
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Experience and Background:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a designer.
- A firm grasp of design thinking principles.
- Agency background preferred
