A hands-on person, ready to take the challenge for the need of time; Been there done that at least 3 years or more.
Knowledge of software and system architectures; Design patterns knowledge is highly appreciated.
And the least bit, as we know change is the only constant in this world, having a nag of writing clean software is a must.

Specific skills.

As our product is living with us for over a decade, we have seen the shift from object paradigm to functional paradigm; hence you must be equipped with the same.
Our day in and day out is on Windows, hence its knowledge is required.
For the tools, we think you must know .NET, C#. Interest in cross-platform technologies would be a plus.
Should have the ability to debug code
Our work culture is pretty much Agile -- knowing how agility works would be a definite help.
