What you will do
· You will be Leading a highly driven professional team responsible for planning, deploying, and maintaining mission-critical platforms
· You will be responsible to provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
· You will be responsible to provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and other cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
· You will work with proven and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products and platforms.
· You will work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems
· Consistently improve your skills by learning, experimenting with new solutions and technologies. Once you have acquired skills, you will then transfer your skills to your team.
What you’ll need to be:
· Writing clean and scalable code
· Experienced in working within cross-functional delivery teams, collaborating across: UX, Front-end, and Delivery.
· Experienced in designing large size platforms with modular UX and accessibility.
· Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
· Working knowledge of JS build technologies like Webpack, NPM, etc.
· Experience with web app profiling tools
· You should be able to take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
· Good understanding of agile methodologies.

Additional Skills We Value
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in multiple JS frameworks like Angular, Vue.js
- Unit Testing
- Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders/
- Knowledge of React Libraries Like SAGA, Reselect, Redux and Thunk
- Experience with a testing framework (Jest/Karma/cypress.io)
