The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this role.
Demonstrable Experience in TCP/IP Sockets and multi-threaded programming
Be understanding of Public-key cryptography, digital certificates
An aptitude for debugging, mathematics, problem-solving and mastering new languages and APIs in a short time span
5 or more years of professional experience in C, C++, Java or Python
Proficiency in Linux Programming
Proficiency with dockers and containers
Experience with open-source libraries
Experience with MongoDB and Redis
The ability to quickly comprehend complex business processes and existing systems' architecture, and propose efficient solutions to tough problems
Outstanding written and oral English communication skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
The ability and desire to work autonomously
Bonus Skills: Nice-to-haves
Understanding of VPN protocols is a plus
Experience with squid is a plus
Experience with ElasticSearch is a plus
