Setting up of ICT policies and operating frameworks for all employees.
Planning, control, deployment & security of personal computers MacOS, Windows OS across the whole organization.
Planning, control, deployment & security of private LAN, WLAN, WAN and VSAT networking services across the whole organization.
Planning, control, deployment, administration and security of IPPABX implementation.
Control and administration of Fingerprint attendance management system for all employees of the organization.
Evaluation, assessment & recommendation of related technology and business solution requirements for the whole organization.
Active participation in business process engineering activities with top management for the design and implementation of efficient processing mechanisms and document flows.
Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
Analyse department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions
Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups

Objectives:

Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science
5+ years experience in IT management
Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows-based systems), ERP implementation, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
Expertise with implementing, configuring, and testing solutions
