Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing their team
- Design and implement a strategic plan that enables their team to work at their maximum potential.
- Setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.

- Handling daily operations of other caller working from home.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work in Evening and Night Shifts.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
