To ensure formal documented management system is designed, implemented, maintained and improved in coordination with all departments and sections in order to achieve year to year performance in following
Defect free Quality and Safe product dispatched to customer.
Quality and Safety Defects % and Defects severity decreases every year at every process.
Material Consumptions including energy and Cost of Production remains within allowed limit
Customer On-Time Delivery %
Manufacturing Process Lead Time reduction
To ensure that all customer complaints are logged, investigated, root causes identified, corrective actions determined and ensure sustained implementation leading to reduction in Defects and Customer Complaints and improvement of management systems.
To ensure that master record of all Customer Approved Specimen (CAS) are maintained in Quality Control Laboratory.
To ensure that all manufacturing activities and inspection & testing activities are designed to meet the customer requirements related to product
To ensure that all raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, in-process parameters at machine and finished product are inspected and tested as per

a) Documented Specifications

b) Documented Sampling Method and Sampling Plan

c) Documented Inspection and Testing Method

d) Quality Plan
