Additional Controller of Examinations

University of South Asia, Lahore, one of the leading educational institutions in private sector is recruiting high caliber staff and invites applications for administrative positions in the following area.Competitive salary package will be offered to suitable candidates. Key responsibilities

· Coordinating all the matters concerned with the conduct of examination;

· Managing issues related to date sheet, appoint supervisory staff, allocate examination centre(s) and issue admit card to student

· Preparing and display of final result notification(s) and sending the grades reports to the students

· Making arrangement for the timely issues of the examination material

· Instaurations’ of supervisory staff and students, and conduct meetings as and when required

· Bring into the notice of the controller of the examination all the cases of infringement of the rules of the examination with full report for disposal

· Maintaining over all examination record of the students

· Being responsible for ensuring and maintaining strict secrecy of all information regarding the examinations

· Being responsible for issuance of transcripts to under graduate and post graduate students;and exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed or assigned to him¸ by the controller of examinations
