Develop failure management and technical recovery procedures to hasten Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems fault recovery processes.

Implement improved maintenance regimes to enhance the reliability of AFC systems.
Manage AFC system performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Use new measures to ensure the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Codes of Practice are followed.
Work with authorities to operate and maintainAFC technologies.
Responsible to implement and maintain all SOP’s.
Close Coordination with the customer and follow-up with Maintanence Team.
All daily operations should be in compliance with SLA agreed with customer, ensure no violation of SLA.
Ensuring Necessary documentation are provided for monthly SLA invoice file
Comply with Company’s rules and policies.
Track and resolve Incident/Complaint management
Asset management and inventory planning of hardware related to BRTS project.
Responsible for server maintenance, event management and backup schedule.
Ensuring AFC revenue and other information delivery form all stations of Green Line & Orange Line BRTS.
