Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include, but not limited to

Ensuring the overall effective processing of the HR functions
The incumbent will be responsible for all HR process which includes Compensations and benefits, hiring, training, recruitment, performance management, operations and all other HR functions
Ensuring all recruitment is being handled transparently and all positions are closed in time
Ensure a speedy recruitment process and a potential backup pool in place to fulfill the recruitment needs asap
Handle all employee grievances professionally and resolve the conflicts in an unbiased manner
Timely feedback, Effective communication between customer and company.

Requirement

BBA in HR, MBA in HR will be preferred
Minimum 3 to 6 years’ (Call center experience) is preferable
Timing: Night Shift
Sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function
Have strong leadership and communication skills, work independently
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents
Should have prior experience in recruitment and performance management
