Drafting, Selling and Managing IT SLA contracts / AMCs with large corporates

Purchase Management: Raising Purchase Orders to fulfill customer SLA requirements
Selling one-time professional services
Handling opportunities and Projects in the field of IP Telephony, Infrastructure setup, IT & Networking from new as well as existing customer base
Account management for complaints, queries and responsible for advising decision makers on technologies
Alliances with complementing solution providers and distributors
Preparing solution with presales teams based on clients requirement; may be based on different products from multiple vendors.
