The HR Generalist/Executive - Recruitment Specialist is responsible for conducting various recruitment activities that will provide organization with a relevant pool of applicants from which to select, negotiate and finalize contracts with candidates.

  • Conducts competency-based interviews and uses appropriate assessments.
  • Sources applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position.
  • Conducting Job Analysis and Drafting Job Descriptions and Specifications
  • Preparing Adverts of Vacant Positions
  • Makes offers to successful applicants, negotiates when necessary and regrets unsuccessful applicants.
  • Checks candidates' references with their previous employers.
  • Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and builds recruitment materials for presentations, job fairs and open days.
  • Ensures remaining informed of developments in areas such as salaries, employee benefits and departmental needs.
  • Takes a proactive approach to meet staffing requirements by attracting, sourcing and screening applicants using innovative techniques.
  • Builds effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and universities for recruitment purposes.
  • Induction and Orientation of New Joiners
  • Issue internal memos and letters
  • Drafting SOPs for various Processes
  • Managing Personnel Files and other Tasks related to HR Administration
  • Maintaining Staff Records
  • Drafting and Reviewing Policies, Procedures and Forms
  • Processing Monthly Payroll
  • Arranging Interviews, selection, orientation, placement and appraisals.
  • Attendance and Leave Management
  • Coming up with creative ideas for maintaining a healthy environment at workplace.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Writing and forwarding rejection apology letters.
  • Responsible for employee’s social Insurance and taxes issues.
  • Responsible of enrolling new employees in the Health insurance program.

Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to people.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment skills.
  • Effective communicator able to sell the job and Group to applicants.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Monday to Friday - Timing: 10:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m
