  •  Supervise and control design and plans sections.
  •  Ensure designs are prepared using latest softwares.
  •  Ensure designs / drawings are produced as per plan and executed accordingly.
  •  Timely alteration of designs as per company requirements.
  •  Prepare proposals and site plans as per regulations.
  •  Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation related to designing.
  •  Interpret and evaluate legal aspects of plans / designs which can impact the project speed.
  •  Coordinate with respective site PM's/ CM's for site related issues.
  •  Coordinate with land department and update land record for further plans / development.
  •  Monitor progress and brief higher management well in time on progress.
  •  Prepare and present update as and when required.
  •  Proper record keeping of all documents at charge.
  •  Ensure planning parameters include all services (incl Electricity, Water, Gas) and subsequently incorporated in designs.
