RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary:

Document the distribution and usage of stationary supplies.
Photocopy, collate, sort and distribute documents, as requested.
Keep photocopy machines stocked with paper and supplied with toner and maintain stock records updated
Will be responsible to arrive before office timings and ensure that the office is cleaned up and all office equipment maintained before the arrival of the staff.
Participate in professional training and development activities, as needed or requested.
