· Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.

· Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.

· Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.

· Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.

· Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.

· Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings.

· Develop GP’s business network in the region and maintain strategic partner.

· Define and implement regional sales plans, write presentations, reports and price quotations and support contract negotiations

· Works proactively with other functions and areas of GP to develop strategies and plans to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

· Identifies opportunities to add new service offerings to the offer book that add significant value to customers and help differentiate GP from its competitors.

· Coach the GP Sales team to meet development goals and to exceed team and individual targets provide development guidance to team.

· Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
