We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager for our boiler sales company to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

He will primarily be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the management
His job roles and responsibilities are defined below for clarity.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company`s customer base and ensures its strong presence in boilers.
Managing the further recruiting process, if needed, objectives setting, coaching and monitoring of the performance of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and by understanding their needs better.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Please note the minimum requirements to apply for this job are below:

BS or diploma degree in a boiler related field.
Successful minimum 3 years of previous experience as a manager or assistant sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Overseeing sales promotions and campaigns.
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
