Job Objective:
To provide operational and coordination support to the CEO managing his schedules, arranging meetings, Follow-up on instructions, Office File work etc.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CEO in managing her diary, the organization of meetings and the maintenance of confidential documents and files.
Provide support to the CEO in the prioritization of her workload and responding appropriately and filtering requests on his behalf.
Responsible for organizing and communicating the senior management on behalf of CEO
