The incumbent will be responsible for overall costing, centralized planning, scheduling and monitoring of HVAC /MEP Projects.
He will implement and maintain effective controls on projects related to cost, schedule and scope to ensure that projects are working within the confines of set deadlines and budget limitations.
In addition, he will be responsible for creating and adjusting project budgets, forecasting project goals and completion, developing reports related to project scheduling, budgeting and progress.
The position requires working within all stages of project management and close coordination with project managers to ensure that all budgeting, scheduling and coordination processes run smoothly.
