Job role:
We’re on the lookout for a talented graphic designer who can bring to life complex concepts in a creative, engaging manner. You will collaborate with different teams across the organization to conceptualize and craft Logos, illustrations, infographics, web designs, social media posts, packaging, flyers, or any other material, as requested. Your projects will need to stay in sync with brand guidelines but you'll have complete creative freedom.
Responsibilities:
Work with internal partners to design and produce compelling graphics- Own and manage assigned projects; keep partners informed of developments, deliver on deadlines, and check-in with a mentor in case of bumps- Implement brand standards and help us find new ways to effectively communicate brand mission and values- Stay up to date with best practices and current technological improvements
Requirements:
- Degree in graphic design, communications, or related field
- Demonstrated track record of experience in hands-on high-end design and content creation.
- Experience with the design and multimedia software such as Adobe products including in Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Ability to build relationships and simplify complex information from technical SMEs into shareable content for a general audience.
- Understanding of production for print and digital | social media to create useful content for all potential distribution channels.
- A proactive self-motivated team player
- An outstanding communicator who possesses excellent design, verbal, and written skills as well as the ability to present information in a clear and compelling manner to a wide variety of audiences.
- Must be a bright individual who clearly combines analytical reasoning, creativity, conceptual ability, empathy, and solid judgment.
- Unquestionable ethical standards.
