As a Sales Executive for GKhair-SMC your mission is to develop customers (salons) within your geographic area in order to grow brand’s business in Karachi Region.

Your responsibilities:

Motivate customers for brand portfolio.
Achieve the sales targets and qualitative/quantitative objectives.
Control the sell-in and sell-out of customers and establish an action plan per customer using sales panels and the CRM tool.
Guarantee GKhair-SMC brand image is expressed in the salons.
Inform your customers about product launches and available trainings.
Coordinate with Education Experts.
Conduct competitive intelligence on the points of sale.
Identify opportunities and win new customers in accordance with the objectives set by the brand.

Essantial Education & Experience:

2-4 Years of experience in professional hair care brand sales or Salon sales including Category A, B, C Salons.
You have a higher education degree with a commercial orientation.
Depending on your geographic area you are fluent in URDU/English.
You have strong interpersonal skills. You find it easy to start a conversation and build relationships.
You enjoy dealing with clients and getting to an agreement.
You are results-oriented. Your main driver is to grow your brand by developing your clients’ businesses.
You are organized, rigorous and analytical.
