A leading group of industries "Madina Sugar Mill" is looking for young, energetic and experienced professional to work over the position of "Admin Manager".
The ideal candidate should posses the followings;
- Responsible for managing general administration activities.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns.
- Provide technical and logistical support.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Dealing with administrative purchases.
- Mess management.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc for the management.
- Responsible for the fleet management.
- Responsible for the Security management.
- Company provided food and accommodation.
Preference:
- Maj Retired candidates are encouraged to apply, having prior experience in working on a similar role in private sector.
- Punjab based candidates will be highly recommended for this position.
