Specter is a Try n Buy, Pay Later Fashion Marketplace and we are looking for a digital marketing manager to lead our marketing efforts online. Here is your opportunity to strategize, plan and work with our team to execute our Digital Marketing efforts across Social, Ad Spend, Email, SEO, and influencers. Our speed of growth has made it necessary for us to find an experience marketing professional who can take our marketing efforts to the next level.

The Role & Responsibilities

Identify websites/forums frequented by our client target audiences and drive demand generation by creating relevant & captivating content (sponsored posts) and executing multi-channel campaigns across the lead and customer lifecycle.
Lead the design, execution, and optimization for Paid, Performance Marketing channels (Sponsored Posts and Paid Ads)
Set, monitor, and report on ROI specific to each marketing channel
Ensure the alignment of communication and messaging across all marketing channels
Develop marketing material / Lead Magnets and integrate them into funnel
Project and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly basis and allocation funds to reach optimal results
Research industry trends and opportunities to improve our position continuously

Marketing Channels

The main marketing channels you should have experience with include:

Spearheading Production of Marketing Collateral (Overseeing Copywriting, Editing & Graphic Design)
Copywriting Periodic Industry-related Reports & Overseeing Disbursement
On & Off-site Content Marketing / Lead Magnets & Sponsored Posts
Email Copywriting & Marketing Sequence Generation / Funneling
Linked: Outreach & Paid Advertising
Cold & Warm Email Marketing w/Phased Sequences
Facebook Groups Outreach & FB/Google Paid Ads
Lead Funnel Planning & Execution (using Landing Pages)

Our Ideal Candidate

Self-starter with a strong working knowledge of the above marketing channels
4+ Years (Minimum) B2C marketing experience
Strong communication (written & speaking) skills
Takes ownership and becomes a stakeholder for company growth
Experience with creating, budgeting for & executing marketing plans
Proficiency with Managing Email Campaigns & Nurturing Sequences
Proven Marketing Success
Understanding of User Interface and User Experience
Basic knowledge of content management system like WordPress/Shopify
Knows how to delegate work
