eCommerce Manager

Specter Pakistan, a project of Global Connect, is looking for an ecommerce Manager to head their online store and manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting. He would develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to maximize sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all the Advertising Campaigns and Budget Management.

2. Work with developers to improve website speed Work on Keywords with marketing team

3. Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition

4. Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve sales performance

5. Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve

6. Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media

7. Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development Report on performance.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Experience managing marketing and tech teams

2. Experience in managing a Sales Department

3. Good Visual insight, creativity and a drive to innovate.

4. Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies

5. Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis

6. Strong marketing and tech background Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels

7. Knowledge of website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools

8. Degree level in Marketing, CS, BBA or any related field.
