Overview

Specter is looking for a Ads Expert to manage our digital campaigns across social media channels using advanced strategies such as a/b testing, funnel building and retargeting.

Responsibilities

· Develop, implement and refine our overall paid customer acquisition strategy based on our broader business goals
· Planning, Creating & Managing campaigns on Facebook, Google etc
· Continuous monitoring of campaigns to optimize performance
· Setting up retargeting pixels, custom conversions etc.
· Daily management of Facebook campaigns once they go live
· Continually learn from the market to understand new trends and opportunities to ensure we are a marketing leader
· Work with the content team to help build and test landing pages, digital ads and creatives

Requirements

· Strong track record of growing conversions through paid acquisition channels
· 1-2 years in paid media expertise
· Building campaigns from the ground up across a multitude of channels and optimizing for continual performance
· Date driven in decision making with the ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple sources
