Candidates will be responsible to coordinate and help track deliverables, progress, and metrics of current projects. From receiving PO to shipping the order, a candidate needs to assure the project is closed on time by communicating with procurement and engineering staff of USA office, vendors and customers.
Experience: Having project management experience will be a plus.
One year experience as call center agent dealing in North America will be preferred.
Skills: Proficient in the English language.
Capable of working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
ERP knowledge: Must have used any ERP application.
