Perform operational and financial pre/ post audit of company’s operations by establishing risk based audit programs directed by HOD.
Document, evaluate and test manual and automated systems and controls to determine their existence, adequacy, effectiveness and continuity.
Verifies monthly donation payments, employees social security and other service level payments.
Recalculation and verification of salary payments, marketing expenses, group incentives and direct payments.
Perform financial pre-audit of Marketing Budget and subsequent compliance with budgeted figures.
Understanding of distribution branch operations and verification of branch related expenses, incentives and audits of credit/ debit notes.
Perform reconciliations between Head Office and branches.
Perform and assist in surprise/ recurring audits of physical inventory, raw material, packaging material and finished goods as directed by HOD.
Other tasks as may be assigned by HOD.
