- Bridging the company's supply chain network with Production, Quality Operations, Procurement, Sales & Marketing through Sales & Operation process.
- Develops the master schedule of the production of goods, including total number of marketing and global orders on the basis of provided forecasts and distribution deadlines.
- Ensure active material planning against Roll-over Production Plan on the basis of available stocks.
- Responsible for generating Roll-over Production Planning on the basis of updated/rolling forecast, in-hand stock position (Finished Goods), production W.I.P and pending batches.
- Responsible to present and arrange Sales & Operation Process meeting on last week of every month to fix next month production plan in front of all stake holders (Marketing/Exploit/Audit/Finance/Logistics/Production/Supply Chain).
- Aligning master schedule with the weekly production plan by setting priority of batches and intimate the production regarding shifting of batches.
- Maintaining Batch records update for inventory Finished Goods required for Rollover planning and intimate production if found any wrong/missed batch in production record.
- Monitoring Production Plan, ensuring Shop Floor Compliance.
- Responsible for generating Report of Actual Sales vs Sales Forecast on monthly basis.
- Integrate the forecast of toll manufacturing customers in monthly material planning schedule for timely material management.
- Liaison with the toll manufacturer for material planning & stock levels.
- Responsible to highlight API shortages for next month production and present the report to Supply Chain Head on every 20th of existing month.
- Responsible to communicate the shortage of products to Production and intimate them for timely manufacturing of batches.
- Liaison with Procurement and Stores for follow up of short materials and update the Production department accordingly.
- Liaison with Sales & Marketing officials to update regarding product delivery and next batch plan.
