To perform Raw Materials Store / Warehousing activities / Material Management & Inventory Control.
Handling of overall stores activities from receipt to dispensing and documentation.
Facing & handling various audits regarding stores.
Timely and accurate planning & gathering information of Production Demands and Plans.
Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
Coordination and follow up with Procurement and Import Department for Materials availability as per Production Demand.
To ensure proper receipt of raw materials in terms of quality and quantity.
To ensure all dispensing activities & maintain optimum inventory levels.
To ensure controlled/psychotropic materials receiving and issuance record up to date.
To ensure GMP documentation – Preparation of SOP.
Supervise the flow of paperwork in RMS so that all receiving, issuance, transfers, and the necessary data input are timely accomplished and accurately recorded.
Design and implement a preventive maintenance program for the warehouse facilities.
Maintain a high standard of sanitation in the Raw Material Store.
Ensure that all equipment is being operated in a properly and in safe manner.
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
