Candidate should have following skills:

Dynamic, result orientated and organized, with hands on experience in all “Nutraceutical” products.
To lead, manage, coach the technical team and implement GMP, production planning in line with company policies. Communication with staff and HO for better implementation.
To ensure the compliance of site systems for cGMP and regulatory requirements concerning product quality.
Responsible to monitor smooth production of nutraceutical products.
Maintaining quality management system.
To develop a healthy/friendly environment in all departments.
Play an active role in risk mitigation planning and give active advice for improvements.
Implement departmental and individual goals of all departments and take corrective measures to streamline any deviations or hindrance in achieving goals.
Approving all GMP documentation like SOP's in line with national and international quality standards.
Oversee new development initiatives.
Facilitate in the implementation of new products and steamlining processes to suite business needs.
Organizing internal and external inpections.
