- Must be the Technical & Functional knowledge of SAP.
- Design, implement, document, and maintain various modules within SAP Database servers and specifically IQ.
- Preparation of Crystal Reports as Per User Requirements via HANA query.
- ERP Administration in Terms of Data Integrity.
- Must have SQL/HANA Query Writing Skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Process Flows.
- Hands on Experience in Crystal Reports.
- Identify areas of improvements to current design and advocates alternative method to enhance current working set.
- Design, Debug, analyse and resolve complex database engine problems of customers and SAP internal stakeholders.
- Own and work with engineering team in different geographic locations to diagnose and resolve design issues and customer reported problems.
- Articulate technical information clearly. Provide training and assist on knowledge transfer.
- Prioritize tasks, develops detailed design, and estimate effort required to complete tasks.
- Analyse performance and scalability of the SAP database products.
- Follow the software development cycle from inception and requirement to successful release of product.
- Guide, mentor and motivate the team to achieve their goals.
- Communicate with the customer and other stake holders on the Technical & Functional front.
- Provide SAP reports needed for internal and external audits.
- Support Troubleshooting with any SAP implementation issues.
- Provide alternate solution where technical constraints impede business process.
- Lead any kind of activities related to adjusting physical vs SAP mismatches.
- Empower SAP in Production and QA and QC, so we can measure resource usages (people and machines) and trace back quality issues.
- Empower SAP in Finance department so we can measure business performance and objectives.
- Integrate SAP with external tools used by sales people for better and quicker system integration, leading us towards overall company sales performance objectives.
- QA/QC integration using Custom Module or 3rd party solution.
- Custom Queries & Crystal reporting for improved Business Intelligence.
- Production Optimization. Integrate Assembly / Test Steps into SAP, to ensure better Resource/User Identification/Utilization.
- SAP Accuracy. Ensure data safety and accuracy.
- Manage Daily Backups
Processes Optimization
- Get rid of redundant steps and paperwork.
- Allow priority items to pass through our processes, quicker.
- Allow SAP users to see most important information relevant to them.
